At the time of its initial listing, the SPCXUSDT Pre-IPO Stock Futures was priced based on an estimated share count of 11.87 billion shares. According to SpaceX's latest prospectus, the estimated share count has been updated to 13.08 billion shares. As a result, the Stock Futures will be relisted with pricing adjusted to reflect the updated share count.
The schedule is as follows:
Suspension of New Position Openings: Jun 10, 2026, 07:30 (UTC)
Delisting and Settlement: Jun 10, 2026, 08:00 (UTC)
Relisting: Jun 10, 2026, 08:05 (UTC)
Following the relisting, the SPCXUSDT Pre-IPO Stock Futures will be repriced based on the updated estimated share count of 13.08 billion shares disclosed in the latest prospectus. Users are advised to be aware of potential price fluctuations and manage their positions accordingly.
Important Notes:
All positions in SPCXUSDT will be closed at the fair price at the time of delisting.
All open orders will be canceled upon delisting.
Users are encouraged to search the affected trading pair using the search bar and close any open positions before delisting to minimize risk and prevent potential loss.
