4STOCK has become one of the most actively traded new meme coins on BSC after its market value briefly exceeded $60 million within hours of launch.
At the latest on-chain check, 4STOCK was trading near $0.0535 with an estimated market value of approximately $53.5 million. Its largest liquidity pool had generated around $41 million in trading volume, while available liquidity was approximately $1.55 million.
These figures are moving rapidly and may already have changed by the time they are read. What matters more than any single price is the speed of the move: traders are betting that “Stock Meme” could become the next major theme on BSC.
4STOCK is now available through the MEXC Meme+ trading zone. Its verified BSC contract is:

The rally followed the introduction of 4Stock, a system designed to bring additional stock-linked assets onto BNB Chain.
Under the announced model, users deposit stablecoins, real shares are purchased through custodial accounts, and corresponding on-chain assets are issued. These assets can then be traded or used as base assets for launching new Stock Meme tokens.
BNC4 is the first asset introduced through this model. It is linked to shares of CEA Industries, a publicly traded company associated with a BNB treasury strategy.
This structure combines two themes that traders already understand. Tokenized stocks provide the real-world asset angle, while meme coins introduce community identity, fast liquidity rotation and speculative trading.
However, 4STOCK itself is being traded as a meme coin connected to this narrative. Its price is not designed to track a specific listed company.
The distinction between 4STOCK and BNC4 is especially important.
Project communications describe BNC4 as being backed one-for-one by its corresponding underlying stock asset. By contrast, the separate 4STOCK token with the contract ending in FFfF is the meme coin currently attracting speculative attention.
Buying 4STOCK should therefore not be treated as buying shares in CEA Industries or gaining direct exposure to the value of BNC4. A rising stock price does not require 4STOCK to rise, and a falling stock price does not automatically determine the meme coin’s value.
The connection is mainly narrative. 4STOCK gives traders a simple ticker through which they can speculate on the growth of the wider Stock Meme category.
Confusion between these assets may have helped the rally. Some traders may be buying the meme coin because they associate the entire 4Stock concept with stock-backed tokens, even though the backing claim does not automatically apply to the meme token.
Timing was the first advantage. BSC meme coin activity was already elevated, creating an audience willing to move rapidly into a new theme.
The second advantage was positioning. Instead of launching another animal or celebrity token, 4STOCK attached itself to tokenized equities, one of the market’s more visible real-world asset narratives.
The third driver was early profit visibility. On-chain monitoring showed several wallets building positions at much lower valuations before the token moved higher. As screenshots of large unrealized gains circulated, more traders entered out of fear of missing the move.
One early wallet reportedly accumulated around 1.77% of the supply after investing approximately $124,000 at an average valuation near $7 million. Another early participant began selling portions of a much cheaper position as the token climbed.
These transactions do not prove coordinated behavior. They do show why later buyers face a different risk profile: early holders can realize large profits even after the market has fallen significantly from its peak.
MEXC’s view is that 4STOCK is not simply another tokenized-stock project. It is a meme coin betting that stock-linked assets will become a new foundation for launching entire communities of tokens.
That creates a wider speculative opportunity than a token linked to one company. If more stock assets and Stock Meme pools appear, 4STOCK could continue to receive attention as the ticker most closely associated with the trend.
But this also exposes its main weakness. The growth of the 4Stock system does not necessarily transfer economic value to holders of the 4STOCK meme coin. Unless the token receives a clearly defined role, its valuation will continue to depend mainly on attention and liquidity.
The most important question is therefore not whether tokenized stocks are growing. It is whether traders continue to choose this particular meme coin as the symbol of that growth.
The largest 4STOCK pool recorded tens of millions of dollars in volume during its first hours. That indicates intense activity, but high volume should not be confused with deep liquidity.
At the latest check, the pool’s liquidity was only a small fraction of the token’s estimated market value. This difference can create sharp price movements when traders enter or exit with larger orders.
The rapid changes in 4STOCK’s reported valuation illustrate this risk. Early reports placed the token near $9 million, followed shortly by updates around $19 million, $40 million and eventually more than $60 million.
A market that can rise that quickly can also reverse quickly. Repeated buying and selling between automated wallets may additionally increase reported volume without creating stable long-term demand.
The first signal is whether 4STOCK can hold meaningful liquidity after the launch excitement fades. Continued volume without stable liquidity would leave the token vulnerable to large price gaps.
Wallet concentration is another factor. Traders should monitor whether early profitable addresses continue holding or begin transferring tokens into liquidity pools and trading platforms.
The performance of BNC4 and future stock-linked assets may influence sentiment, but traders should avoid assuming that their prices will move together. BNC4 reportedly experienced an extreme surge followed by a steep reversal during its opening session, showing that even an asset described as stock-backed can trade far away from its reference value when liquidity is limited.
Finally, the market needs to see whether 4Stock becomes a lasting issuance category or remains a one-day event. New assets, transparent backing information and active users would strengthen the narrative. Without them, 4STOCK may struggle once traders move to the next newly launched meme coin.
4STOCK is a BSC meme coin associated with the emerging Stock Meme narrative. It should not be confused with an actual share or a token that automatically tracks a listed company.
The move was driven by its launch timing, the popularity of tokenized-stock narratives, early community promotion and aggressive speculative buying.
The one-for-one stock-backing claim applies to assets introduced through the 4Stock model, such as BNC4. Available information does not establish that the 4STOCK meme coin itself represents ownership of an underlying stock.
The BSC contract confirmed in MEXC’s listing announcement is 0xd270D4e1EC6e6E0d28C0ecB8BE966EC75997FFfF.
It could remain active if the Stock Meme category attracts new assets, liquidity and community attention. A decline in trading interest or selling by early holders could produce a rapid reversal.
