In a maturing Web3 landscape where attention is scarce and credibility is currency, choosing the right PR partner can determine whether your project breaks through—or disappears into the noise. Two agencies consistently dominating industry shortlists are MarketAcross and Outset PR. Both are elite, both are crypto‑native, and both have helped shape narratives across the blockchain ecosystem.

But they approach PR from fundamentally different angles. This review breaks down how each agency operates, what they excel at, and which one is the better fit depending on your Web3 project’s goals.

What’s the Difference Between Outset PR and MarketAcross

At a high level, the contrast is simple:

  • Outset PR is the strategic clarity agency—data‑driven, analytical, and built for founders who need precision and credibility.

  • MarketAcross is the visibility engine—fast, high‑reach, relationship‑driven, and built for projects that need momentum.

Both are strong. They just solve different problems.

Outset PR: Strategic Clarity Meets Proprietary Tech

Outset PR has built its reputation on bringing order to a chaotic industry. In a sector often dominated by hype, the agency focuses on real analytics, narrative discipline, and product‑market alignment.

What Makes Outset PR Stand Out

  • Data‑driven strategy: Campaigns are built on real‑time analytics and historical media performance.

  • Proprietary visibility tech: Outset PR uses internal tools such as Syndication Map to increase publication reach and optimize placements.

  • Narrative precision: Ideal for complex, regulated, or institutional‑grade products.

  • Founder‑centric storytelling: Strong emphasis on clarity, positioning, and long‑term credibility.

Best For

  • Regulated or compliance‑sensitive products

  • Infrastructure, L1/L2, enterprise blockchain

  • VC‑backed teams needing polished, strategic communications

  • Projects where credibility matters more than hype

Potential Weakness

  • Less focused on mass‑market hype or rapid exposure

  • More boutique and selective in client intake

MarketAcross: The High‑Visibility Crypto PR Powerhouse

MarketAcross is one of the most recognized names in crypto PR, known for its deep journalist relationships and ability to generate fast, wide exposure across top-tier crypto media.

  • Ecosystem‑level reach: Frequently works with L1/L2 ecosystems, exchanges, and major DeFi protocols.

  • Momentum generation: Excellent for token launches, announcements, and rapid visibility.

  • Strong journalist network: A go‑to for teams that need guaranteed reach.

Best For

  • Token launches and exchange listings

  • DeFi, NFT, and consumer‑facing crypto apps

  • Projects needing fast traction and broad awareness

  • Teams prioritizing speed and volume over deep narrative work

Michael Saylor Pushes Digital Capital Narrative At Bitcoin Treasuries Unconference

The post Michael Saylor Pushes Digital Capital Narrative At Bitcoin Treasuries Unconference appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. The suitcoiners are in town.  From a low-key, circular podium in the middle of a lavish New York City event hall, Strategy executive chairman Michael Saylor took the mic and opened the Bitcoin Treasuries Unconference event. He joked awkwardly about the orange ties, dresses, caps and other merch to the (mostly male) audience of who’s-who in the bitcoin treasury company world.  Once he got onto the regular beat, it was much of the same: calm and relaxed, speaking freely and with confidence, his keynote was heavy on the metaphors and larger historical stories. Treasury companies are like Rockefeller’s Standard Oil in its early years, Michael Saylor said: We’ve just discovered crude oil and now we’re making sense of the myriad ways in which we can use it — the automobile revolution and jet fuel is still well ahead of us.  Established, trillion-dollar companies not using AI because of “security concerns” make them slow and stupid — just like companies and individuals rejecting digital assets now make them poor and weak.  “I’d like to think that we understood our business five years ago; we didn’t.”  We went from a defensive investment into bitcoin, Saylor said, to opportunistic, to strategic, and finally transformational; “only then did we realize that we were different.” Michael Saylor: You Come Into My Financial History House?! Jokes aside, Michael Saylor is very welcome to the warm waters of our financial past. He acquitted himself honorably by invoking the British Consol — though mispronouncing it, and misdating it to the 1780s; Pelham’s consolidation of debts happened in the 1750s and perpetual government debt existed well before then — and comparing it to the gold standard and the future of bitcoin. He’s right that Strategy’s STRC product in many ways imitates the consols; irredeemable, perpetual debt, issued at par, with…

Non-Opioid Painkillers Have Struggled–Cannabis Drugs Might Be The Solution

Non-Opioid Painkillers Have Struggled–Cannabis Drugs Might Be The Solution

The post Non-Opioid Painkillers Have Struggled–Cannabis Drugs Might Be The Solution appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. In this week’s edition of InnovationRx, we look at possible pain treatments from cannabis, risks of new vaccine restrictions, virtual clinical trials at the Mayo Clinic, GSK’s $30 billion U.S. manufacturing commitment, and more. To get it in your inbox, subscribe here. Despite their addictive nature, opioids continue to be a major treatment for pain due to a lack of effective alternatives. In an effort to boost new drugs, the FDA released new guidelines for non-opioid painkillers last week. But making these drugs hasn’t been easy. Vertex Pharmaceuticals received FDA approval for its non-opioid Journavx in January, then abandoned a next generation drug after a failed clinical trial earlier this summer. Acadia similarly abandoned a promising candidate after a failed trial in 2022. One possible basis for non-opioids might be cannabis. Earlier this year, researchers at Washington University at St. Louis and Stanford published a study showing that a cannabis-derived compound successfully eased pain in mice with minimal side effects. Munich-based pharmaceutical company Vertanical is perhaps the furthest along in this quest. It is developing a cannabinoid-based extract to treat chronic pain it hopes will soon become an approved medicine, first in the European Union and eventually in the United States. The drug, currently called Ver-01, packs enough low levels of cannabinoids (including THC) to relieve pain, but not so much that patients get high. Founder Clemens Fischer, a 50-year-old medical doctor and serial pharmaceutical and supplement entrepreneur, hopes it will become the first cannabis-based painkiller prescribed by physicians and covered by insurance. Fischer founded Vertanical, with his business partner Madlena Hohlefelder, in 2017, and has invested more than $250 million of his own money in it. With a cannabis cultivation site and drug manufacturing plant in Denmark, Vertanical has successfully passed phase III clinical trials in Germany and expects…
