Ethereum ETFs faced withdrawals during the same trading session. Investors pulled out $113.10 million in total. All nine products saw outflows or recorded no activity, showing weak demand across the segment.

Bitcoin ETFs See Universal Outflows Across All Products

BlackRock’s IBIT led Bitcoin ETF outflows with $157.56 million in withdrawals on February 12. This accounts for 38% of total negative flows.

Fidelity’s FBTC recorded $104.13 million in outflows, the second-largest withdrawal. Grayscale products saw combined exits of $92.66 million, with GBTC losing $59.12 million.

Ark & 21Shares’ ARKB experienced $31.55 million in outflows. At the same time, Bitwise’s BITB recorded $7.83 million in withdrawals.

Invesco’s BTCO saw $6.84 million exit, Franklin’s EZBC recorded $3.79 million in outflows, VanEck’s HODL lost $3.24 million, and Valkyrie’s BRRR experienced $2.77 million in withdrawals.

Two Bitcoin ETF products reported zero activity on February 12. WisdomTree’s BTCW and Hashdex’s DEFI recorded no flows during the session.

Total value traded across Bitcoin ETFs reached $3.56 billion on February 12. Cumulative total net inflows declined to $54.31 billion from $54.72 billion on February 11. Total net assets dropped to $82.86 billion from $85.76 billion.

The February 12 outflows came one day after Bitcoin ETFs recorded $276.30 million in withdrawals. The two-day combined outflows totaled $686.67 million, reversing the prior positive flow period.

Weekly Bitcoin ETF Losses Extend to $375 Million

Weekly data shows Bitcoin ETFs recorded $375.11 million in outflows for the period ending February 12.

The negative weekly performance follows the prior week’s $318.07 million in withdrawals through February 6. The two consecutive weeks of outflows totaled $693.18 million.

Total value traded on a weekly basis reached $15.22 billion for Bitcoin ETFs ending February 12.

This compared to $46.15 billion in the prior week ending February 6, showing substantially reduced trading activity.

The week ending February 6 included one strong positive day on February 6 at $371.15 million in inflows.

The week ending February 12 saw two positive days on February 9 and 10, totaling $311.56 million. However, the outflows on February 11 and 12 exceeded those gains.

Cumulative total net inflows have declined from the $57.82 billion peak reached on January 16. The $3.51 billion decrease over 27 days came from extended selling throughout late January and early February.

The asset base has fallen from $128.04 billion on January 14 to $82.86 billion on February 12, a $45.18 billion decline.

Ethereum ETFs Experience Complete Selling Sweep

Ethereum ETFs recorded $113.10M in outflows on February 12, with every product either experiencing withdrawals or recording zero activity.

Fidelity’s FETH led outflows with $43.52 million, accounting for 38% of total negative flows. BlackRock’s ETHA recorded $28.99 million in withdrawals, while Grayscale products saw combined exits of $31.54 million.

Grayscale’s ETH product experienced $18.11 million in outflows. On the other hand, the company’s ETHE recorded $13.43 million in withdrawals.

Bitwise’s ETHW saw $6.18 million exit, and 21Shares’ TETH recorded $2.88 million in outflows. Three Ethereum ETF products reported zero activity, including VanEck’s ETHV, Franklin’s EZET, and Invesco’s QETH.

Cumulative total net inflows for Ethereum ETFs declined to $11.64 billion from $11.75 billion on February 11.

Total net assets dropped to $10.97 billion from $11.27 billion. Total value traded across Ethereum ETFs reached $880.33 million during the session.

The February 12 outflows extended the selling to two consecutive days. Ethereum ETFs recorded $129.18 million in withdrawals on February 11, bringing the two-day combined outflows to $242.28 million.

The products had attracted $13.82 million on February 10 and $57.05 million on February 9 before the renewed selling.
