SINGAPORE, June 25 — The entertainment line-up for this year’s Singapore Grand Prix has shifted into top gear, with organisers unveiling music legend Janet Jackson as the latest headline act for the Formula One weekend.
The Grammy-winning superstar will take over the Wharf Stage on Sunday, October 11, joining an increasingly star-packed programme that blends international chart-toppers with Asian music favourites.
The latest announcement also confirms a strong line-up across the Padang and Waterside stages.
Singapore Mandopop icon JJ Lin will open the Padang Stage on October 9, alongside rising K-pop group Cortis.
Swedish pop hitmaker Zara Larsson, known for songs including Lush Life and Symphony, will perform on October 10, while British singer-songwriter James Arthur, whose hits include Say You Won’t Let Go, will close the stage on October 11.
K-pop fans will also get a treat when Hyo — the DJ persona of Girls’ Generation member Hyoyeon — performs at the Waterside Stage on October 10.
The new additions join previously announced acts Goo Goo Dolls, who are set to perform on October 10, and New Zealand rock legends Split Enz, who will kick off the Wharf Stage on October 9.
Organisers said more artistes will be revealed in the coming weeks as they complete the entertainment programme for the race weekend.
Tickets for the 2026 Singapore Grand Prix are already on sale, with prices starting from S$198 (RM630).
