PANews reported on February 28 that, according to a statement from YZi Labs, based on disclosures from CEA Industries (BNC), 10X and its affiliates may have exceeded 5% ownership by the end of 2025 due to the exercise of large amounts of warrants, triggering the 13D filing threshold, but no corresponding disclosure has been seen. YZi Labs also questioned whether the board's "poison pill" and other concerted actions and related relationships constituted an undisclosed "group" and demanded that the SEC immediately provide supplementary disclosure.
