PANews reported on July 17 that according to an official announcement, The Smarter Web Company, a British listed company that adopts a Bitcoin reserve strategy, announced that it will issue new ordinary shares (with a par value of £0.001 per share) to institutional investors through Tennyson Securities and Peterhouse Capital Limited, with an issue price of £2.95 per share. This accelerated placement will start immediately after the release of this announcement, and the company aims to raise at least £15 million in funds.
