After Conversion:

• The SPCXUSDT Pre-IPO Futures will be automatically converted to standard SPCXUSDT Futures
• Futures trading will remain uninterrupted throughout the conversion process
• Existing positions, open orders, and historical order records will not be affected
• No further action is required by users

Important Notes

• Significant price volatility may occur before and after the listing. Please manage your positions prudently and be aware of the associated risks.
• If SpaceX does not officially list as expected on June 12, 2026 (ET), the conversion schedule for SPCXUSDT Pre-IPO Futures will be adjusted accordingly based on the actual listing progress in the traditional financial markets.
• MEXC will complete the conversion from the SPCXUSDT Pre-IPO Futures to the standard SPCXUSDT Futures as soon as possible after SpaceX completes its opening auction and officially begins trading in the traditional financial markets, provided that the index price remains stable.
• If the index price remains highly volatile or fails to meet stability standards, the conversion may be delayed, or the Futures may be delisted and relisted instead. Please refer to subsequent MEXC announcements for the final conversion arrangements.
