MANILA, Philippines – The Office of the Ombudsman has charged Sarah and Curlee Discaya over a flood control project in Bulacan.

Their firm, St. Timothy Construction, allegedly benefited P53 million from the project through questionable means.

Sarah is currently detained, while Curlee will be arrested at the Senate, where he is being held, and will possibly be moved to a Payatas jail.
