Smart Selangor, Flexi Parking apps down

PETALING JAYA: The Smart Selangor Parking and Flexi Parking phone applications are down due to technical disruptions, says their operator.

Suasa Efektif Sdn Bhd said its technical team is working to restore use of the applications while conducting thorough checks on its systems.

“We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued support,” it said in a brief statement.

The outage to the Flexi Parking system has also affected the parking payment system in Tanah Merah, Kelantan, and Seremban, Negeri Sembilan.

Separately, the city councils for Petaling Jaya and Subang Jaya said the outage had also affected the JomParking app as well as the parking payment features under Touch ‘n Go eWallet, Setel, and NINE.
