KUALA LUMPUR: Power transmission steel tower manufacturer Rohas Tecnic Bhd said the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission has concluded its investigation into the company’s subsidiary HG Power Transmission Sdn Bhd, with no further action to be taken against the company or its officers.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, Rohas Tecnic said MACC had confirmed that the investigation had been concluded, bringing the matter to a close and providing certainty for the company and its stakeholders.

The investigation followed orders issued by the MACC on Oct 17, 2025 to freeze and seize certain bank accounts held by Rohas Tecnic, HGPT and Rohas-Euco Industries Bhd (REI).

On Nov 26, 2025, Rohas Tecnic and HGPT received notice of revocation of the orders, issued by the deputy public prosecutor, a day after REI received a revocation order from the MACC.

On June 26 this year, MACC revoked the seizure orders previously issued in respect of HPGT’s bank accounts.

The seizure order were issued under the anti-money laundering act.
