Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications are being leveraged by healthcare organizations like Billings Clinic-Logan Health to enhance efficiency, productivity, and patient care experience.

In a significant move to enhance operational efficiency and patient care, several leading healthcare organizations have transitioned their business applications to Oracle Fusion Cloud. This strategic decision is aimed at increasing productivity, reducing costs, and improving the overall experience for both employees and patients, according to Oracle.

Streamlining Operations Across Healthcare Systems

Billings Clinic-Logan Health, Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, and Regency Integrated Health Services have adopted Oracle Fusion Applications to streamline essential functions such as finance, human resources, supply chain, and customer experience processes. This move is designed to tackle challenges like fluctuating patient demand, budget constraints, and supply chain disruptions.

Steve Miranda, Executive Vice President of Applications Development at Oracle, highlighted the role of embedded AI within Oracle Fusion Applications in expanding insights, improving productivity, and enhancing the employee experience. This integration enables healthcare providers to focus on their core mission of delivering life-saving care.

Billings Clinic-Logan Health’s Transition

Billings Clinic-Logan Health, an independent healthcare system serving Montana, Wyoming, and the western Dakotas, has undertaken this transition to unify its operations and improve patient care. Justin Ott, Chief Information Officer, noted that Oracle Fusion Applications allow caregivers to spend more time with patients by reducing administrative tasks through an integrated system.

Children’s Hospital Los Angeles Embraces Cloud Technology

Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, a leader in pediatric healthcare, has moved its business systems to the cloud to streamline operations and focus on strategic priorities. Ben Sykes, Chief Applications Officer, emphasized that the integration of Oracle Fusion Applications will enable the hospital to adapt swiftly to patient needs and continue setting standards in pediatric care.

Regency Integrated Health Services’ Unified Approach

Managing over 65 skilled nursing facilities, Regency Integrated Health Services has replaced its disparate systems with Oracle’s integrated suite to enhance productivity and reduce costs. Donovan Dekowski, CEO, stated that the unified system will improve business insights and operational efficiency, allowing team members to dedicate more time to patient care.

Additionally, Billings Clinic-Logan Health and Children’s Hospital Los Angeles are leveraging Oracle’s Electronic Health Records (EHR) and AI-driven clinical applications to support better physician and patient interactions.

Altcoins Poised to Benefit from SEC’s New ETF Listing Standards

The post Altcoins Poised to Benefit from SEC’s New ETF Listing Standards appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. On Wednesday, the US SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission) took a landmark step in crypto regulation, approving generic listing standards for spot crypto ETFs (exchange-traded funds). This new framework eliminates the case-by-case 19b-4 approval process, streamlining the path for multiple digital asset ETFs to enter the market in the coming weeks. Grayscale’s Multi-Crypto Milestone Sponsored Grayscale secured a first-mover advantage as its Digital Large Cap Fund (GDLC) received approval under the new listing standards. Products that will be traded under the ticker GDLC include Bitcoin, Ethereum, XRP, Solana, and Cardano. “Grayscale Digital Large Cap Fund $GDLC was just approved for trading along with the Generic Listing Standards. The Grayscale team is working expeditiously to bring the FIRST multi-crypto asset ETP to market with Bitcoin, Ethereum, XRP, Solana, and Cardano,” wrote Grayscale CEO Peter Mintzberg. The approval marks the US’s first diversified, multi-crypto ETP, signaling a shift toward broader portfolio products rather than single-asset ETFs. Bloomberg’s Eric Balchunas explained that around 12–15 cryptocurrencies now qualify for spot ETF consideration. However, this is contingent on the altcoins having established futures trading on Coinbase Derivatives for at least six months. Sponsored This includes well-known altcoins like Dogecoin (DOGE), Litecoin (LTC), and Chainlink (LINK), alongside the majors already included in Grayscale’s GDLC. Altcoins in the Spotlight Amid New Era of ETF Eligibility Several assets have already met the key condition, regulated futures trading on Coinbase. For example, Solana futures launched in February 2024, making the token eligible as of August 19. “The SEC approved generic ETF listing standards. Assets with a regulated futures contract trading for 6 months qualify for a spot ETF. Solana met this criterion on Aug 19, 6 months after SOL futures launched on Coinbase Derivatives,” SolanaFloor indicated. Sponsored Crypto investors and communities also identified which tokens stand to gain. Chainlink…
