Theoriq unveils mainnet, touts new era of AI-driven DeFi with autonomous agents

Theoriq has officially launched its Mainnet, marking a major milestone in the evolution of decentralized finance.

The new infrastructure enables developers to build, scale, and deploy autonomous agents that execute real-time strategies directly onchain, heralding a new era of programmable capital and AI-driven financial operations.

Summary
  • The launch of Theoriq’s Mainnet introduces a fully integrated ecosystem for AI-native finance, combining agent logic, execution infrastructure, and liquidity within a single, onchain platform.
  • With AlphaSwarm and AlphaProtocol now live, developers can create verifiable, autonomous agents, register them on the blockchain, and access capital.
  • This launch redefines what is possible in decentralized finance, offering a foundational layer for agent-driven strategies and setting the stage for the future of financial autonomy.

Theoriq’s Mainnet rollout introduces AlphaSwarm and AlphaProtocol, enabling developers to create, register, and scale intelligent agents that operate seamlessly within decentralized finance (DeFi).

The launch follows the success of Theoriq’s AlphaVault, which demonstrated the potential of agent-managed DeFi, reaching $21 million in total value locked (TVL) within just four days. Now, with Mainnet live, the platform opens its infrastructure to all developers, providing the tools needed to build fully integrated, autonomous agents onchain.

Until now, developers lacked a unified environment to deploy and coordinate autonomous agents, making it challenging to access capital and integrate diverse systems. Theoriq’s Mainnet addresses these issues by offering a single platform that combines agent logic, execution infrastructure, and liquidity, streamlining the development and deployment of AI-driven financial strategies.

“The Mainnet creates a system where great AI agents can thrive, earn income, and help millions of people,” said Ron Bodkin, CEO and Co-Founder of Theoriq. “We’re building the infrastructure where autonomous intelligence meets usable, programmable capital.”

What developers can do now

With the Mainnet live, developers gain access to essential infrastructure to create and deploy autonomous agents in DeFi. The platform provides standardized tools and identity frameworks that ensure structured development and streamlined deployment.

  • Build and Register Agents: The Agent SDK simplifies integration with AlphaProtocol, handling key functions such as authenticated messaging, signing, and registry connections. Developers can mint verifiable identifiers for agents, making them discoverable and manageable within the ecosystem.
  • Access Capital and Coordinate Strategies: Mainnet lays the foundation for capital interaction, allowing agents to engage with DeFi protocols and external liquidity sources. While full capital routing mechanisms and reputation-based allocation are still in the pipeline, the current infrastructure allows for developer-controlled capital interaction.
  • Deploy Modular, Secure Intelligence: The Messaging Bus provides a secure, authenticated communication channel for agents to interact with smart contracts, ensuring reliable agent logic execution within onchain systems.

“Developers have been building amazing agents with nowhere to launch or monetize them,” said Jeremy Millar, chairman of Theoriq. “Now they have a real onchain market—and users get AI that works for them, not just talks to them.”

In addition to the Mainnet launch, Theoriq has activated its $THQ staking program on Base. Participants can stake to receive sTHQ tokens, contributing to the network’s security while gaining access to future governance features.

Although delegation is not yet available, the staking infrastructure sets the stage for a system where agent performance, reputation, and capital routing are intricately tied.

Why it matters

The launch of the Mainnet transforms Theoriq from a yield platform into a fully programmable AI-native infrastructure layer. The new system is capable of supporting external agents, composable strategies, and future cross-chain integrations, positioning Theoriq at the forefront of AI-driven decentralized finance.

“This isn’t just another upgrade. It’s the shift from manually operated Decentralized Finance (DeFi) to automated agent economies,” saidTheoriq executive director and COO Pei Chen. “We’re opening the door to a new frontier for DeFi.”

With Mainnet now live and an expanding developer community, Theoriq is poised to become a leader in the rapidly evolving AI-native finance space.

Backed by $10.4 million from top-tier VCs, including Hack VC, IOSG, HashKey Capital, and Foresight Ventures, Theoriq partners with major platforms like Base, Mellow, Lido, and Uniswap.

Key Takeaways Ethereum’s new roadmap was presented by Vitalik Buterin at the Japan Dev Conference. Short-term priorities include Layer 1 scaling and raising gas limits to enhance transaction throughput. Vitalik Buterin presented Ethereum’s development roadmap at the Japan Dev Conference today, outlining the blockchain platform’s priorities across multiple timeframes. The short-term goals focus on scaling solutions and increasing Layer 1 gas limits to improve transaction capacity. Mid-term objectives target enhanced cross-Layer 2 interoperability and faster network responsiveness to create a more seamless user experience across different scaling solutions. The long-term vision emphasizes building a secure, simple, quantum-resistant, and formally verified minimalist Ethereum network. This approach aims to future-proof the platform against emerging technological threats while maintaining its core functionality. The roadmap presentation comes as Ethereum continues to compete with other blockchain platforms for market share in the smart contract and decentralized application space. A Netflix ‘KPop Demon Hunters’ Short Film Has Been Rated For Release

The post A Netflix ‘KPop Demon Hunters’ Short Film Has Been Rated For Release appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. KPop Demon Hunters Netflix Everyone has wondered what may be the next step for KPop Demon Hunters as an IP, given its record-breaking success on Netflix. Now, the answer may be something exactly no one predicted. According to a new filing with the MPA, something called Debut: A KPop Demon Hunters Story has been rated PG by the ratings body. It’s listed alongside some other films, and this is obviously something that has not been publicly announced. A short film could be well, very short, a few minutes, and likely no more than ten. Even that might be pushing it. Using say, Pixar shorts as a reference, most are between 4 and 8 minutes. The original movie is an hour and 36 minutes. The “Debut” in the title indicates some sort of flashback, perhaps to when HUNTR/X first arrived on the scene before they blew up. Previously, director Maggie Kang has commented about how there were more backstory components that were supposed to be in the film that were cut, but hinted those could be explored in a sequel. But perhaps some may be put into a short here. I very much doubt those scenes were fully produced and simply cut, but perhaps they were finished up for this short film here. When would Debut: KPop Demon Hunters theoretically arrive? I’m not sure the other films on the list are much help. Dead of Winter is out in less than two weeks. Mother Mary does not have a release date. Ne Zha 2 came out earlier this year. I’ve only seen news stories saying The Perfect Gamble was supposed to come out in Q1 2025, but I’ve seen no evidence that it actually has. KPop Demon Hunters Netflix It could be sooner rather than later as Netflix looks to capitalize…
