Best Crypto to Buy Now for Explosive Gains in 2026: Tapzi and Polkadot Gain Attention as CLARITY Talks Heat Up

The U.S. crypto market stands at a decisive crossroads as lawmakers, investors, and builders assess what comes next. January has emerged as a pressure point for regulation, capital rotation, and narrative control. On one side, Washington debates how digital assets should fit into the financial system. On the other hand, blockchain projects race to prove real-world utility.

This contrast defines today’s market outlook towards the best crypto to buy now. Regulatory clarity could unlock institutional confidence. At the same time, platforms with sustainable models attract growing attention. Against this backdrop, Tapzi and Polkadot sit at different but connected inflection points. Tapzi is set to deliver explosive gains to its early investors as its presale is almost wrapping up and signalling a strong market listing.

Tapzi Targets Web3 Gaming’s Biggest Structural Flaws

Tapzi enters the market with a direct challenge to traditional GameFi models. Most Web3 games rely on luck-based mechanics and inflationary rewards. Consequently, user retention collapses after early speculation fades. Tapzi, leading as the best gaming crypto to buy now in the market, approaches gaming from a competitive and skill-driven perspective. This design choice aligns more closely with mainstream gaming behavior.

The platform operates as a decentralized skill-to-earn gaming ecosystem on BNB Smart Chain. Players stake $TAPZI tokens to compete in real-time matches. Games include Chess, Checkers, and Tic Tac Toe. Winners receive opponent-funded prize pools. Hence, rewards depend on performance rather than chance.

Tapzi also removes several onboarding barriers. Players can access games instantly through web and mobile interfaces. Moreover, gameplay remains gasless. This approach lowers friction for non-crypto users. A free mode further allows casual players to learn before staking capital. Consequently, Tapzi converts traditional gamers into Web3 participants.

From a supply perspective, Tapzi emphasizes sustainability, which makes it the best crypto to buy now for long-term holding. The total supply caps at five billion tokens. Vesting occurs over short and defined timelines. Importantly, prize pools rely entirely on player stakes. Therefore, the ecosystem avoids long-term inflation risks.

The presale price stands at $0.0035 per $TAPZI, while the launch price targets $0.01. The initial market cap sits at $20 million, with a fully diluted valuation of $50 million. Hence, early participation offers asymmetric upside if adoption scales.

Here’s Why Skill-Based Web3 Gaming Could Outperform This Cycle

Web3 gaming continues to expand, yet execution remains inconsistent. Global gaming revenue could exceed $400 billion by 2028. Mobile gaming drives much of this growth. However, blockchain titles struggle to retain real players.

Tapzi addresses this mismatch directly. Skill-based competition mirrors esports and casual mobile gaming trends. Besides, bot resistance and audited smart contracts preserve fairness. These factors create stronger trust loops.

For investors, Tapzi presents a compounding demand model during its best crypto presale phase. More players increase staking activity. Larger prize pools attract higher engagement. Consequently, token demand scales organically. This structure contrasts sharply with emission-driven rewards seen elsewhere.

CLARITY Act Negotiations Reach a Make-or-Break Phase

While gaming innovation advances, U.S. regulation remains unresolved. The CLARITY Act now faces renewed scrutiny inside the Senate Banking Committee. Lawmakers scheduled a bipartisan meeting for Tuesday. This timing matters. January offers a narrow legislative window before the Martin Luther King Jr. Day recess.

Senators aim to determine whether the bill can advance with bipartisan backing. However, negotiations have dragged on for months. These talks seek to align Democrats and Republicans on digital asset oversight.
Committee Chair Tim Scott organized the meeting. Earlier, he warned that prolonged delays could force a strategy shift. He signaled readiness to move forward without bipartisan support if talks stall further. Hence, pressure continues to mount.

Senator Cynthia Lummis emphasized the importance of Democratic involvement. She argued that a markup should include cross-party participation. According to her stance, inclusion increases long-term legislative durability. However, patience continues to thin.

The tentative markup date remains January 15. Yet uncertainty persists. Unresolved issues include stablecoin yield limits tied to the GENIUS Act. Token classification also divides lawmakers. Illicit finance safeguards and ethics standards add further complexity. Consequently, delays pushed potential resolution deeper into 2026. Markets now watch closely. Any breakthrough could reshape U.S. crypto investment sentiment. However, Tapzi’s listing gains of nearly 186x gains will remain unimpacted.

Polkadot Price Holds Key Structure as Analysts Watch $7.00

Polkadot reflects how regulatory uncertainty intersects with market structure. DOT price action has lagged broader crypto rallies. However, analysts continue to monitor technical developments closely.

Jonathan Carter highlighted DOT’s position above a falling wedge based on the two-week chart. He noted repeated defense of the same support zone. Importantly, recent rebounds showed rising participation. Hence, momentum signals improvement. Carter outlined upside targets tied to the wedge breakout. These include $3.00, $4.30, $7.00, $10.50, and $24.00. Each level reflects historical resistance zones.

Another analyst, Crypto King, offered a broader perspective. He acknowledged DOT’s underperformance relative to peers. However, he stressed that ecosystem development continues steadily. Network growth remains active despite muted price action. Crypto King also pointed to DOT’s large circulating supply. This factor continues to cap aggressive valuation expansion. Nevertheless, he identified the $3.50 zone as a near-term technical reference.

DOT established a local low near $1.50 after October’s liquidation wave. Since then, selling pressure has eased. The price now stabilizes above a declining trendline. As of press time, Polkadot price trades at $2.18. The token recorded a 19.33% gain over seven days. Market capitalization stands near $3.6 billion, with a circulating supply of 1.7 billion DOT.

Conclusion: Best Crypto to Buy Now

Crypto markets now balance regulation, innovation, and execution. The CLARITY Act represents a potential turning point for U.S. oversight. However, delays continue to test patience. Meanwhile, the best crypto to buy now, like Tapzi focus on delivering tangible value today. Its skill-based gaming model addresses real flaws in GameFi.

Polkadot, on the other hand, navigates technical recovery amid ecosystem growth. Together, these narratives show where attention may shift next. Consequently, investors increasingly favor substance over speculation. Tapzi’s dead-set approach towards building a sustainable ecosystem and delivering growth to its investors through utility-driven mechanisms has left its early-adopters impressed.

Regulatory Clarity Could Drive 40% of Americans to Adopt DeFi Protocols, Survey Shows

Over 40% of Americans express willingness to use decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols once regulatory clarity on crypto privacy emerges, according to a recent survey from crypto advocacy organization the DeFi Education Fund (DEF). The survey, released on September 18, revealed that many Americans feel frustrated with traditional financial institutions and seek greater control over their financial assets and data. Respondents believe DeFi innovations can deliver this change by providing affordability, equity, and consumer protection. The survey was conducted with Ipsos on KnowledgePanel and included supplementary in-depth interviews in the Bronx and Queens between August 18 and 21, polling 1,321 US adults. Survey Results Show Americans Ready to Adopt DeFi Protocols The findings demonstrate that many Americans are curious about DeFi despite its early stage. 42% of Americans indicated they would likely try DeFi if proposed legislation becomes law (9% extremely/very likely and 33% somewhat likely). 84% said they would use it to “make purchases online,” while 78% would use it to “pay bills.” According to the survey, 77% would use DeFi protocols to “save money,” and 12% of Americans are “extremely” and “very” interested in learning about DeFi. Moreover, nearly 4 in 10 Americans believe that DeFi can address high transaction and service fees found in traditional finance (39%). Consistent with other probability-based sample surveys, the Ipsos x DEF research shows that almost 1 in 5 Americans (18%) have owned or used crypto at some point in their lifetime. Nearly a quarter of Americans (22%) said they’re interested in learning more about nontraditional forms of finance, such as blockchain, crypto, or decentralized finance.Source: DEF The research shows that more than half (56%) of Americans want to reclaim control of their finances. Americans are interested in having control over their money at all times, and many seek ways to send or receive money without intermediaries. One Bronx, NY resident shared his experience of needing to transfer money between accounts, but the bank required him to certify the transfer and visit in person because he couldn’t move the amount he needed remotely. He expressed frustration about the situation because “it was my money… I didn’t understand why I was given a hard time.“ More than half of surveyed Americans agree there should be a way to digitally send money to people without third-party involvement, and this number rises notably for foreign-born Americans (66%). The researchers concluded that Americans are interested in DeFi and believe DeFi can reduce friction points in today’s financial system. Regulatory Developments on DeFi Adoption in the U.S Last month, DeFi Education Fund called on the US Senate Banking Committee to rethink how it plans to regulate the decentralized finance industry after reviewing its recently published discussion draft on a key crypto market-structure bill. The response, signed on behalf of DeFi Education Fund (DEF) members including a16z Crypto, Uniswap Labs, and Paradigm, argued the Responsible Financial Innovation Act of 2025 (RFA) bill should be crafted in a more tech-neutral manner. The group also emphasized that crypto developers should be protected from “inappropriate regulation meant for intermediaries,” and that self-custody rights for all Americans are “essential.” The banking committee is now working on the discussion draft to help ensure it builds on the Digital Asset Market Clarity Act of 2025. The goal is to promote innovation in the $162 billion DeFi industry without compromising consumer protections or financial stability. On September 5, US Federal Reserve Governor Christopher Waller said there was “nothing to be afraid of” about crypto payments operating outside the traditional banking system. This statement has raised hopes among many that DeFi would soon become the new financial infrastructure for Americans and the world
