MEXCer thân mến,Trong khoảng thời gian từ 02:26:07 đến 02:26:59 ngày 13/07/2023 (Giờ VN), do không đủ thanh khoản trên thị trường Spot, giá hợp lý của 1000PEPE2_USDT Futures Vĩnh cửu đã bị sai lệch khiến một số người dùng bị thanh lý vị thế. MEXC luôn tuân thủ nguyên tắc "Người dùng trên hết" và chúng tôi sẽ chủ động chịu trách nhiệm việc tổn thất của người dùng vì lý do đến từ nền tảng. Kế hoạch bồi thường cho sự kiện này như sau: Phạm vi bồi thường: Người dùng có vị thế 1000PEPE2_USDT bị thanh lý bất thường trong thời gian 02:26:07 đến 02:26:59 ngày 13/07/2023 (Giờ VN);Kế hoạch bồi thường: Bồi thường toàn bộ cho tổn thất thanh lý của người dùng và đồng thời chúng tôi sẽ gửi thêm 10 USDT tiền thưởng Futures cho mỗi người dùng bị ảnh hưởng; Đối với những người dùng đáp ứng các điều kiện bồi thường, chúng tôi sẽ gửi trực tiếp số tiền bồi thường vào tài khoản MEXC của bạn trong vòng 1 ngày làm việc.
