Impact During the Upgrade

Futures Grid trading will remain available. However, the following temporary interruptions may occur, each lasting no more than 2 minutes:

• Transfers between your Spot and Grid accounts may fail.

• Grid orders may fail to open or close. Please monitor your grid positions closely.

If you encounter any of the above issues, please wait a few minutes and try again.

Important Notes

• Please review and manage your grid positions and orders in advance to minimize potential risks.

• Futures, Copy Trade, Spot, deposits, withdrawals, and Buy Crypto services will not be affected.

• The upgrade timeline may be adjusted as needed. Please refer to the MEXC Announcement Center for the latest updates.

• If there is significant market volatility before the upgrade, the platform may postpone the upgrade based on market conditions and issue an announcement.

• All affected services will resume normal operation once the upgrade is complete. A follow-up announcement will be published upon completion.
