First Tokenized U.S. Stock Trades Completed as Canton Network Executes Transactions Under SEC Innovation Exemption Framework

According to Canton Strategic Holdings, its issuer-supported tokenized common stock completed its first trades on TSV on the Canton Network on November 4. Five North acted as the seller, DRW Cumberland as the buyer, and Flowdesk provided liquidity, with atomic settlement executed through a permissioned Tradecraft AMM pool. The tokenized shares are recorded by SEC-registered transfer agent Fairmint, while holders retain the same shareholder rights as holders of the corresponding Nasdaq-listed common stock, marking an early move from the SEC innovation exemption framework into live trading.

On-Chain Bond Compliance Framework Aligned With Swift Standards Goes Live as Swift Joins ERC-3643 Association

According to Apex Group, Apex Group, Chainlink, T-REX Network and the ERC-3643 Association have launched an on-chain bond compliance framework aligned with Swift standards, while Swift has joined the ERC-3643 Association. The framework embeds identity, investor eligibility and transfer rules directly at the asset level and combines Chainlink CCIP with ACE, allowing one compliance framework to be reused across multiple blockchains and reducing the cost of rebuilding compliance systems for institutions on each network.

250 Million USDC Newly Minted on Solana

According to Odaily Planet Daily, USDC Treasury minted 250 million USDC on the Solana network at 02:14 Beijing time, worth approximately $250 million, with the transaction confirmed on-chain. A single large USDC mint typically reflects an adjustment in available stablecoin inventory based on market demand and does not necessarily mean the capital immediately entered the trading market. However, it increases the amount of dollar stablecoin liquidity available on Solana for trading, payments, DeFi and tokenized asset applications.

DTCC Tokenization Service Runs on Two Blockchains, With Expansion Planned for 2027

According to DTCC, its Tokenization Service currently connects Canton Network and DTCC’s private Besu network, with plans to support additional eligible blockchains in 2027. The service can convert DTC-custodied securities into digital twins that preserve original ownership rights, investor protections and economic benefits, while enabling conversion between traditional securities and tokenized forms. Multiple DTC participants have already joined, indicating that U.S. traditional clearing infrastructure is beginning to integrate tokenization into existing securities custody and operational systems.

Variational Founder: TGE Still Planned for This Year, Trading API to Launch This Month

According to Odaily Planet Daily, Variational founder and CEO Lucas Schuermann said the team remains on track to complete its TGE this year and plans to publicly launch its trading API later this month. Since mid-September, the project has allocated significant development resources to protocol security audits, code and operational reviews, AI-assisted penetration testing and red-team exercises. The public mainnet is now approaching launch, while the trading API is already being opened to selected whitelist Alpha users. According to Circle, Circle has completed the genesis mint of 10 billion ARC tokens, forming the network’s initial total supply, and plans to explore a transition from Proof of Authority to Proof of Stake in 2027. ARC is intended for network security, utility and governance, while transaction fees will continue to be paid in USDC. Circle also emphasized that the genesis mint does not constitute a commitment to publicly distribute ARC, but instead represents an important technical step toward PoS, stronger security and broader network participation.

Ethereum Economic Zone Launches Rollup X Devnet to Demonstrate Atomic Cross-Chain Execution

According to Gnosis, the Ethereum Economic Zone has launched the Rollup X development testnet to demonstrate synchronous composability and atomic cross-chain execution. The mechanism allows transactions on a Rollup to access Ethereum mainnet liquidity and complete the return leg within the same transaction, without relying on conventional asynchronous bridging. Gnosis Chain plans to transition into the first general-purpose EEZ region in spring 2027, while existing contracts, balances, addresses, chain ID and the xDAI gas token will remain unchanged.

DTCC Tokenization Service Runs on Two Blockchains, With Expansion Planned for 2027

According to DTCC materials, the DTCC Tokenization Service uses a multi-network interoperability model and currently supports approved private blockchain networks, with further expansion planned according to participant demand and network eligibility requirements. Its core objective is not to create assets separate from the traditional securities system, but to allow DTC participants to use tokenized securities within existing custody, trading and operational workflows while preserving access to traditional market liquidity and enabling the same assets to operate in digital trading and settlement environments.

Recent scams continue to target crypto users with claims that they can “recover stolen assets” or “unlock frozen accounts.” The FBI warns that scammers may impersonate asset-tracing firms, law offices or even law-enforcement agencies through social media, search results and crypto news comment sections, claiming they can recover previously lost digital assets. Victims are then asked to pay service fees, taxes or supposed unlocking charges in advance. Some schemes also use fake exchange domains and AI-generated identities to appear more credible. Users who have already suffered losses should not send additional funds to unfamiliar “recovery services” or disclose private keys, seed phrases or account credentials. Transaction hashes, wallet addresses and communication records should instead be preserved and verified or reported through official channels.
