The affected products are:- 30-Day USDT Fixed Savings (15% APR)- 7-Day USDT Fixed Savings (12% APR)- 30-Day USDC Fixed Savings (15% APR)- 7-Day USDC Fixed Savings (12% APR) The early redemption affected only the unexpired portions of user subscriptions. Interest for those portions was calculated up to November 18, 2025. MEXC apologizes for the disruption and is implementing the following measures to ensure user benefits are preserved. Important Details- Principal: All affected principal amounts have been returned to users’ Spot accounts.- Interest: MEXC will manually reissue the remaining interest for all impacted orders.- User Action: No action is required from users.
