1. Are there any fees for using AI tools?


Currently, AI Select List, AI News Radar, and MEXC-AI are completely free to use. Should we launch a premium version in the future, you will be notified in advance via announcements and email with detailed pricing information.

2. Are there usage limits for AI interactions?


Yes. Daily AI session quotas are dynamically allocated based on your KYC verification level and trading volume from the past 30 days. Higher trading volumes and verification levels grant more available sessions. Once you reach your daily limit, your quota will automatically reset the following day.

3. Which languages does the AI support?


The AI currently supports over 50 languages, including English, Chinese, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Spanish, and others, with ongoing expansion planned.


No exclusive fee or price discounts are currently available. AI recommendations are generated from big data and real-time market information to provide trading insights and do not represent promotional offers from the platform.

5. Is the platform liable if I incur losses from trading based on AI-provided information?


Please note that AI-provided information is for reference purposes only and does not constitute investment advice or profit guarantees. All trading decisions are made independently by users, who bear full responsibility for associated risks.

6. Do AI recommendations guarantee profits?


No. While AI provides intelligent analysis based on market conditions and data, it does not guarantee profits. Please make informed decisions according to your personal risk tolerance.

7. Does using AI compromise my account privacy?


No. The AI only accesses anonymized market and price data. It does not collect, store, or share any personal account information.

8. What data sources does the AI use for its recommendations?


We prioritize accuracy and transparency. All AI recommendations are based on rigorous data screening: real-time data from official exchanges, leading on-chain analysis platforms, authoritative financial media, and other trusted sources. This is combined with community sentiment analysis (spam-filtered), historical backtesting, and comprehensive multi-factor evaluation to provide reliable information for users.

Yes. AI News Radar draws from authoritative third-party data sources and public network activity, delivering real-time updates nearly synchronized with social media platforms.

AI Select List data are powered by a real-time calculation engine that refreshes instantly as market conditions change.

11. How does AI Select List determine cryptocurrency recommendations?


The system performs comprehensive analysis across multiple dimensions, including price trends, trading volume, position changes, on-chain data, and news sentiment. Cryptocurrencies are then ranked based on quantitative scoring.

12. How can I check why a cryptocurrency's price is rising or falling (AI Analysis)?


On the Web spot trading page, click the AI Q&A prompt located above the candlestick chart to access the AI Bot conversation interface, where you can obtain detailed analysis and insights into the cryptocurrency's price movement.


13. What should I do if the AI function isn't working properly?


First, try refreshing the page or checking your network connection. If the issue persists, please wait a moment and try again, or contact our online Customer Service team for assistance.

14. Why can't I locate the AI function interface?


Please ensure you've upgraded the MEXC App to version 6.19.0 or higher, then restart the app. If the AI function still doesn't appear, navigate to Settings and About Us to verify your version number, or try clearing your cache and logging in again.

15. How do I unsubscribe from AI News Radar push notifications?


Simply click the Subscribed button on the AI News page to unsubscribe. Once unsubscribed, you will no longer receive push notification cards.


16. How do I disable AI Real-time Feed notifications?


1) Open the MEXC App and log in to your account, then tap your Profile Picture
2) Tap Settings
3) Tap Notification Preferences
4) Tap MEXC AI
5) Tap AI Real-time News Subscription to access the settings page
6) Toggle off Live Events. Once disabled, you will no longer receive push notifications
